Looking for something to do with your leftover Chili? How about some Chili Spaghetti!

Over the weekend we had friends over to watch some football and made our Best Game Day Chili and New Mexican Cornbread.  Such a great recipe so we made enough so we would have leftovers (barely!)  Anyway, pouring chili over spaghetti noodles makes great use for leftover chili!

After all, spaghetti noodles aren't just for spaghetti sauce. And topping spaghetti with left over chili makes for a delicious meal!  So good in fact that I almost forgot to take a picture of it!  Serve with some cornbread (also left over) and a salad and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

Leftover Chili (See my Best Game Day Chili Recipe in my cookbook) And of course it doesn't have to be left over :)
Leftover Cornbread (See my New Mexican Cornbread Recipe in my cookbook) And this too doesn't have to be left over.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook spaghetti noodles as directed on the package.
  2. Heat lefover chili
  3. Wrap leftover cornbread in foil and heat in over at 350 degrees while the noodles are cooking and chili is heating
  4. Place spaghetti noodles on your plate and cover with a good helping of chili
  5. Serve with your cornbread and a salad.

If you are having company over, prepare a fresh batch of chili and cornbread. I guarantee they will love it!  Recipes for my chili and cornbread can be found in my Man Kitchen Recipes online cookbook by clicking on the Cookbooks link above.  OR use the search feature :)
