Looking for something to make with all of those jalapenos from your garden? Make Hot Jalapeno Honey! Today I'll Show You How To Make The BEST Hot Jalapeno Honey. It's so simple, and it tastes so good on just about everything! I grow jalapenos every year, and well, you gotta use them up! And this hot jalapeno honey is a must! I also make jalapeno pepper jelly, and a favorite is jalapeno salt. I hope you give this a try! Because I'm sure you will make it all the time going forward.

Just 2 Ingredients:

  • 1 - 2 Cups Of Your Local or Favorite Honey (Not flavored)
  • Jalapenos I used 3 hot ones from my garden. Use as many as you would like your heat level to be.
Using jalapenos from the store? You just never know if they will be hot, so you can add or substitue jalapenos for serranos or habaneros.

Directions:

  1. Slice your jalapenos into 1/8 to 1/4 slices. If you prefer you can dice them up. Leave the seeds and membrane because I mean, this is HOT Honey.
  2. Add your honey and sliced jalapenos to a sauce pan
  3. Over medium low heat, bring the honey to a low boil
  4. Turn off the heat and stir until the bubbling stops
  5. Let cool to room temperature. About 1.5 to 2 hours
  6. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate
  7. Will last 3 to 6 months if you don't use it all up by then!
