Awesome Slow Cooker Meat Balls. You can prepare these ahead of time and put in the fridge until you get home.
In a large mixing bowl combine:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound hot Italian sausage
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Roll meat mixture into golf ball sized balls. Arrange meatballs in your slow cooker and cover with your favorite spaghetti sauce (I like to use Classico Tomato & Basil).
Cook on high for 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
