Cabbage Roll Casserole
Description
- 1 lb reg ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- a dash of pepper
- to taste garlic powder
- 1tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 10oz can tomato soup (condensed)
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp (+/-) minute rice
- 3 cups cabbage
- to liking mozzarella cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350FBrown the beef. Add onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until golden. Drain excess fat. Stir in soup, water and rice. Place cabbage in a casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over cabbage, cover and bake for 11/2 hours. Add shredded cheese for last 5 minutes of cooking
