I made this P.F. Chang’s Copycat Chicken Lettuce Wraps On The Blackstone Griddle but you can use a pan on your stove top. Once you get all your ingredients measured out, the cook goes pretty fast. And these taste Amazing! When you get a chance, definitely make these, they are that good! In the video I doubled the batch :) Be sure to check it out.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce ( can also use butter lettuce) 
  • 1 pound ground chicken 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 5 tbsp hoisin sauce 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1tbsp Sriracha sauce 
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste 
  • 3 minced garlic cloves 1tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 2 green onions (chopped ) 
  • 8 oz chopped water chestnuts (drained)  
Directions:  Watch the video

  1. If you don't have a Blackstone Griddle heat your pan to a medium heat
  2. Add 2 tbls olive oil
  3. Add 1lb of ground chicken and cook until done
  4. Add all the wet ingredients and stir to combine
  5. Add the green onions and stir to combine
  6. Add the water chestnuts and stir to combine
  7. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes
  8. Take a leaf of lettuce and fill with chicken mixture
