2 Ripe avocados or the amount you need to serve
Salt and Pepper
- Cut avocado in half and remove seed.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Gently place cut side down on hot BBQ grill for 2-3 minutes (depending on how hot your grill is until you have nice grill marks).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
You can spoon the avocado flesh right out of the skin and enjoy or slice and add to a salad. By grilling your avocado, it really brings out more flavor.
