Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb whole scallops
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt

Directions 

  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Rinse scallops
  3. Wrap each scallop with 1/2 bacon strip.  If scallops are small then bacon can be cut in half legthwise
  4. Secure with toothpick and place in shallow baking pan
  5. Sprinkle with garlic salt and broil for 6-8 minutes until scallops are browned and bacon is crisp
