- 1 lb whole scallops
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
Directions
- Preheat broiler
- Rinse scallops
- Wrap each scallop with 1/2 bacon strip. If scallops are small then bacon can be cut in half legthwise
- Secure with toothpick and place in shallow baking pan
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and broil for 6-8 minutes until scallops are browned and bacon is crisp
