Servings 6
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 -14 oz can Tomato Sauce with tomato bits
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
  1. Melt butter in saucepan and add tomato sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper
  2. Simmer 10 minutes
  3. Add half of the cheese
  4. Heat until cheese melts
  5. Stir in macaroni and eggs
  6. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Makes 5 -6 servings
