  • 1 lb reg ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a dash of pepper
  • to taste garlic powder
  • 1tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 10oz can tomato soup (condensed)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp (+/-) minute rice
  • 3 cups cabbage
  • to liking mozzarella cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350F
Brown the beef. Add onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until golden. Drain excess fat. Stir in soup, water and rice. Place cabbage in a casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over cabbage, cover and bake for 11/2 hours. Add shredded cheese for last 5 minutes of cooking
